Pre-stressed Concrete Sleepers

Flash Butt Welding (FBW)

Our Flash Butt Welding service delivers precision and efficiency for high-speed railway applications using the Holland H100 with container welding system. This complete ready-to-weld package includes a power unit and manipulator, designed for both stationary and mobile in-track operations. Built to provide maximum protection while minimizing weight (16–19 tons), the system also allows customers to utilize their own equipment carrier. Other welding solutions are also available to meet a wider range of project requirements.

Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC)
